7 Ladders Canyon:
Monday – Friday between 10.00 – 16.00
Saturday – Sunday 10.00 – 17.30
7 Ladders zip-line – Sipoaia Valley:
Open only on Saturdays and Sundays between 10.00 – 16.30.
