1. These Regulations are MANDATORY for all users who wish to use the zip-line. It is compulsory to read and understand the provisions of these regulations.

2. The zip-line is accessible only to persons whose physical and mental abilities allow them to walk the trail independently (without assistance) and safely.
3. The use of the 7 Ladders zip-line can be done with certain limitations for the requesting persons due to the design, as follows:
a) Minimum weight 50 kg;
b) Minimum height 1,50 m;
c) Maximum weight 95 kg;
d) Maximum height 1,95 m;
The 7 Ladders zip-line is intended for use only by adults who hereby agree to the regulations for use. Persons who do not fall within the above-mentioned limits cannot safely use the zip-line.
4. It is forbidden for children under 18 years of age to use the 7 Ladders zip-line.
5. Each person assumes his/her responsibility from the moment of entering the trail, will be deemed to have read and understood these Regulations, and will sign an instruction form to this effect.
6. The rented protective equipment will only be used in the manner in which the instruction was carried out. The equipment is not transferable from one person to another and may only be used by the renter.
7. Attendance of all participants at the demonstration of the use of safety equipment and the theoretical and practical instruction on the use of the-zip line is MANDATORY.
8. It is MANDATORY to use at all times the two safety carabiners.
9. The zip-line’s sections (cables) may only be used by one person at a time and a maximum of 3 people may stand on the crossing platforms at the same time.
10. The administration reserves the right to exclude from the zip-line (without refunding the fee) any participant who does not comply with the rules of these Regulations.
11. The administration reserves the right to interrupt any activity on the zip-line if weather conditions require it and would endanger the safety or even the life of the users. In such cases, the access fee will not be refunded but the validity period of the access badges may be extended.
12. Persons who are intoxicated, under the influence of narcotic substances, or undergoing medical treatment that affects their ability to move and orient themselves will not be allowed to use the zip-line.
13. The destruction of rented equipment due to failure to comply with the instructions for use will be borne financially by the person at fault, who will pay the counter value of the damage caused.
14. After having understood the Regulations, having completed the instruction, and having confirmed them by signature, each person will go down the zip-line on his/her OWN.
15. The administration reserves the right to video record all activities carried out at the 7 Ladders Canyon and the 7 Ladders Zip-line.
16. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY OR EVEN DEATH.
The rental of safety equipment will be made only based on a valid identity document presented by the applicant.
